I started Anumetric because of my passion for working with leaders to build thriving and valuable businesses. I have walked in the shoes of my clients, having led high-growth services companies from their early stages to exit. My path has shaped my point of view.

The shift to cloud has taught us that the customer is in charge more than ever. Customer Success must be woven into the fabric of any organization. 

I recognize that organizations face different challenges at different times. I tailor my focus accordingly. One size does not fit all.  

How I got here...

The first phase of my career was in Fortune 500 companies. Working in the U.S. and U.K. at a global pharmaceutical manufacturer, I learned about the interconnected nature of complex organizations and systems. Digging deeper, I discovered that a team’s ability to communicate and understand each other’s roles is vital to success.

 

My consulting career started at Oracle managing and launching various consulting practices.  Over eight years, I realized my strengths lie in building teams, developing new services, and growing businesses. I also learned that time spent interacting with customers is far more valuable than time behind a desk.   

 

I wanted to experience the excitement of emerging businesses. As a Partner at ThoughtDigital, the business grew rapidly and was acquired by Zensar Technologies. After leading the integration of ThoughtDigital with Zensar, I was responsible for North America Sales and Operations.

 

After joining Apps Associates, I built out the Sales and Marketing organization and became President as it grew to an 800+ employee global consultancy. Building on a core set of capabilities, we launched new leading edge cloud services that drove our growth and value. We built partnerships with Oracle, AWS, Salesforce, and other leading organizations. Then in 2017, BV Investment Partners acquired a majority stake in Apps Associates.
